        CrossFit

        The centerpiece of our programming is CrossFit. The CrossFit methodology is defined as: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity across broad times and modal domains. CrossFit philosophy is to trade long, slow, low intensity exercises for shorter-duration, more intense sessions. We constantly change movements, tasks, duration, and intensity levels because we truly believe that variety is the key. Our CrossFit program will prepare you for any physical task that is thrown in front of you. Hybrid uses a vast array of equipment and functional movements to maximize your power output and focuses on all aspects of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, & accuracy. One of the main benefits of our program is that it allows universal scalability to meet anybody's fitness level. Our coaches will start you at a low baseline, make sure you learn the techniques and build confidence, then allow you to see how far you can push yourself.         TRX

        TRX is a suspension system that uses your own body weight and leverage to build and improve strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. The nature of all TRX movements and positions force athletes to constantly engage their core and mid-line - hence, one of the catch phrases of TRX: "All core, all the time." TRX is the perfect supplement any program, including CrossFit, fighter training, or rehabilitation.

        Fighter Conditioning

        Our Fighter Conditioning program allows fighters, as well as CrossFit athletes, to participate in a regimen that combines and fuses elements of CrossFit, TRX, and functional fighter/martial arts movements. Members of the Hybrid Fight team have utilized this program to as part of their training camps to prepare for upcoming fights, and our CrossFit athletes have used it to add variety and another dimension to their training.

        Kids Crossfit

        (The Kids Crossfit program is currently on hold while we work on ways to improve accomodations for kids classes...we will keep the site updated on developments.) 

        Personal/Private Training

         For a more personalized one-on-one experience, you may choose to have private training sessions in our premiere facility by one of our certified CrossFit/TRX trainers.
