Good One Erin! Due to a busy schedule I couldn't make it this morning or tonight. So glad I have a 35lb kettle bell at home! I rocked this work out in 7 minutes and 34 seconds. Hope thats a good time! And thats after I ran and did the hills at Mt. Trashmore this morning! : )
