Ladies can lift weights to!!! 01/21/2012
Ladies, I know I hear this all the time and im sure many of the other coaches do as well. When we are encourageing you to go a little heavier and you say, "I dont want to get big." Fear not, you will not get bulky. The only way you can end up like the woman above is by eating like a tank and deicating your life to becomeing huge. So next time I or one of the other wonderful coaches says go ahead and throw on ten more, do it. Although you may think you need 10 hours of cardio to get that "barbie look," you dont!!!
