Today's WOD programmed by resident bad-ass Jesse "James" Laramee*** "PAPPA ROMAN" 1 to 10 Ring Dips Deadlift @ 205#/115# 10 to 1 Box Jumps Knees to Elbows ...GAME ON!!! POST YOUR TIMES... Add Comment ***Today's WOD was programmed by the amazing Sara Shannon*** Start off with 20 Hip & Back extensions...and then... 21 - 15 - 9 Hang Power Cleans @ 135#/95# Lateral Jumps over barbell *400m Row in between each set* ![]() This darn suit...so hard to stay Paleo during the holidays. ***WOD designed by Jesse Laramee*** Strength: Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 ...and then... 5 RNDS for time of... 18 x Pushups 16 x V - Ups 12 x DB Lunges @ 50#/30# (in each hand) Oh yeah...what's the significance of the picture? Well, I'll tell you... ***EMOTM: 5 x Supermans*** ***Today's WOD was programmed by the considerate...the punctual...the efficient...Sara Shannon*** Strength: Squat Clean 5-4-3-2-1 Followed By... "Death by" Burpees (every minute +1 burpee is performed: 1st min - 1 burpee, 2nd min - 2 burpees, 3rd min - 3 burpees, etc...until the set number of burpees can not be completed in that minute) Record final numer of burpees. Can I really call it "hospitality", though, since it was really two days of what some would consider torture? But, I digress...
