"Death by" Burpees (every minute +1 burpee is performed: 1st min - 1 burpee, 2nd min - 2 burpees, 3rd min - 3 burpees, etc...until the set number of burpees can not be completed in that minute) Record final numer of burpees.

Many thanks to our buddy Kevin Gossett and the rest of the Cc Crossfit crew for putting up with me for a couple of days while I was home visiting my familia in Corpus Christi. It's this sense of community and hospitality that is going to keep CrossFit around for a loooong time.
Can I really call it "hospitality", though, since it was really two days of what some would consider torture? But, I digress...
